Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you might need to return an item you purchased from KitchenGadgetMart. We want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items for a refund or exchange.

What can be returned?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes items that:

  • Arrived damaged or defective
  • Were not as described on the website
  • Are simply unwanted (with some exceptions)

What can't be returned?

There are a few exceptions to our return policy. You cannot return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital cookbooks)
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless damaged or defective)

How to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our friendly customer service team at support@kitchengadgetmart.com or by phone at +1 678-269-0522 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and expedite your refund.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Once you have your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, and documentation. Don't forget to include a copy of the packing slip and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package back to us using a traceable shipping service with insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking information for your peace of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Please note that any original shipping costs incurred by KitchenGadgetMart will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kitchengadgetmart.com. We may request photos or additional information to process your request. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund and allow you to place a new order for the desired item.
